Masthead not changing

Hi there,
I just updated my Vantage theme, and I fixed all issues but one. It reverted my masthead image. I can’t seem to change it back, even though I delete the current file and save. It shows the correct image in the customizer, but not on the actual site. Help please!

    Hi Laura

    Would it be possible for you to take screenshots of what you are seeing in customizer and when you view the site. You can upload these to your site or a file sharing site and link them here.

    There is currently an error in your Custom CSS with this element tag

    Please change this to read

    header #masthead {
