Hi,
Does anyone know how to make Vantage Premium menu and masthead partially or fully opaque? Right now it’s completely transparent, so when you scroll my pages, you clearly see the pictures, words, etc through masthead/menu as you scroll?
I was given the instructions (indented below) and I followed the instructions and eliminated the coding in my WordPress account, but the background is still completely transparent. These are the instructions I already followed:
In perhaps more than one Custom CSS location you have:
.home .main-navigation {
background: none !important;
}
You’d need to remove that to resolve the problem. Check Appearance > Custom CSS and Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS,
the rule might be used twice.
Thanks for your help in advance, I appreciate it.
Chris
Hi Chris
Thanks for posting.
You can see here: https://imgur.com/a/O3PdD3K that the rule in question is still present. You’re using an optimizing/caching plugin. If you removed the rule from AppearanceCustom CSS and also checked CustomizeAdditional CSS for the rule then please try clearing your caching/optimization plugin.
Andrew,
Flushing the cache solved it, thanks. Didn’t need to repeat the previous two steps. Thanks again. Cheers.
Chris
Awesome :) Really glad to hear that solved the problem.
All the best.
