Main menu font colour

Hi all,
I’m struggling to find how to change the font colour of my main menu. I’m using an Enfold theme and WordPress.
I’ve looked at the Enfold Theme Options and also SiteOrigin CSS but can seem to make any changes. Hopefully, there is someone that can help?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Silver

We can perhaps try to assist via SiteOrigin CSS but I’d imagine that’s a theme option. Have you perhaps reached out to theme support for assistance? It’s a premium theme so it would beneficial be best to make use of the premium support that comes with your purchase.

Ive looked on their forum and can’t find any solution. Some of the answers other people have had for similar issues is confusing.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. Have you tried contacting theme support directly or creating a forum post? I’m sure theme support can assist with a theme level challenge of this nature.

Hi Andrew, I can only access Enfold forum to see what has been posted but I can’t log in to post my own question, unfortunately.

    Hi, I Work Here

Did you purchase the theme? I’d expect there to be premium support for the theme, is that not the case?

Hi, thanks for sending that over. I had already gone through it. I had tried changing things then undoing it and changing something else but nothing seemed to work! I didn't actually see any changes to my site at all, this gave me the impression that I needed to make changes somewhere else and not in the theme.
Do you think the changes need to happen in the theme then and not anywhere else?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi :)

If you have any SiteOrigin specific questions, we’re here to help but ideally, Enfold needs to be supporting their product, especially considering that’s it’s premium.

In general, if you make a change via AppearanceCustomize and that change reflects in the preview but doesn’t reflect on the live site, caching is usually the issue. Either caching at the WordPress level, perhaps a caching plugin or browser level caching.

Yes, when it comes to elements of the theme like menu colors, the theme settings handle that. If you’re using a caching plugin try clearing its cache then temporarily deactivate all plugins at once and then re-test the theme settings.

    Thanks, I'll check it out.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Sure.

Another possibility is at Customize you’re saving as a draft. Make a change in the Customizer and then click the gear icon next to the word Publish in the Publish button. Check that the Customizer is set to Publish and not Save as Draft.

    Hi Andrew,
the changes that I make in the enfold theme options, for example, change a predetermined colour scheme, this doesn't make any difference to my site! I don't know why that is.

    Hi, I Work Here

I, unfortunately, don’t have any other ideas, caching and the Customizer not set to publish are the two most common. Reaching out to theme support would be the way forward.
