There have been alot of questions about the “plus” plugin, but the actual theme from the wordpress theme browser failed at install:

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Hi Jake

    Sounds like you’re up to speed but just to confirm, all SiteOrigin Plus theme upgrades are plugins and need to be installed from Plugins > Add New: Upload Plugin.

    For the problem you’re seeing. Try heading to Appearance > Themes and deleting Influence. Then head to Appearance > Themes > Add New, search for Influence and re-install it.
