    Hi Kathleen

    Please navigate to Appearance->Custom CSS and add the following into the CSS Editor

    .vantage-carousel-wrapper .vantage-carousel li.carousel-entry .thumbnail a span.overlay {
    background-color: #bacfff;
}

    Please change the colour to your desired one using it’s valid # code

    http://html-color-codes.info/#HTML_Color_Picker
