I’ve upoaded a pic in both png and jpg formats, have put it in the logo in the vantage theme but the pic does not show up. I shows that there should be a pic there but there’s nothing. Please help.
Have you changed your .htaccess (or equivalent) recently? If you try to address it directly, you see the error message the server spits back.

Or open the console of your browser and you see the file is 0 bytes.
I don’t believe I have changed my htaccess. How would I do that and how can I make it right?

Just as a quick shot in the dark, won’t you head to Settings > Permalinks and click Save there. That’ll re-write your .htaccess file, it’s worth a try.
