I have build my main page and it has metaslider and other stuff. Now when pressing my logi, I get only slider and when pressing home I get the rest of the home page stuff, but no metaslider. What should I do

Go to Appearance > Menus and remove the Home page item. Add a Custom Link item and make the URL:

Next, go to Settings > Reading and select the static page you’d like to make your home page.

I do not know why, but the theme is not working any more at all. I installed everything again and now I can not make any changes to the theme any more. For example if I try changing anything in Appearance/Theme
Settings my changes do not stay. and the slider on the home page changed from full width to half.
Could the problem be that I have downloaded the Vantage theme several times and to a couple different accounts? Does it help if I buy the premium package, or will the problems persist? At first time all worked perfect,
but after second download nothing is working any more :( I will definitely buy the premium package as long as the page starts working again…I really like this theme :)

This is unlikely to be related to free vs premium. Theme settings not saving is usually a plugin issue. Try the following:
1. Go to Dashboard > Updates. If there are any pending updates, run them.
2. De-activate all plugins not made by SiteOrigin.
3. Re-test the theme settings issue.

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

The issue is most likely that you Vantage folder is incorrectly named. On your server via FTP or Hosting File Manager navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the vantage folder to just:

Almost there. At the location I described there aren’t any ZIP files, just folder. You’ll need to rename the actual folder name.
