Hi,
I edited my website a couple of months ago and I logged back on and all of a sudden the layout that i did have which was shown had vanished. It was a blank blue box and that was it. The content is still in the text area in wordpress but that is it. When I try to add new content with the page builder, it overwrites all my old work and messes up the format I had. I want to maintain this content but add new stuff to it. How do I do it?

Thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Vicky

Sorry to hear about the hassle.

I’m not sure what happened, let’s start from the top:

    1. Dashboard > Updates: Run all pending updates. The WordPress core, plugins, themes, run them all.
    2. De-activate all plugins except for Page Builder and refresh a problem page. Does the issue resolve?

If not, please send a link to a page concerned so we can take a look.
