    Hi Businti

    Thanks for reaching out. Please, could you clarify, when you say site links at the top of the screen, which links are you referring to. Could you explain exactly on the page where they are and where they are being generated from?

    Thanks :)

    Hi Andrew, Apologies first off for delay and also reviewing what i wrote above, i realize just how vague i was.

    when i refer to the sit links i mean is the nav woocommerce breadcrumb. ie t he links below the masthead that show what options in the shop that you have selected.

    also just to clarify, this is only a problem when using the internet explorer browser.

    <nav class="woocommerce-breadcrumb" itemprop="breadcrumb"><a href="http://dev.divescape.co.za">Home</a> / X Shot – Black Small</nav>

    thank you

    Stephen

    Hey Stephen :)

    Thanks for clarifying.

    If you don’t yet have a Custom CSS plugin installed, please, try ours: https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-css/. It’ll let us add little snippets safely.

    Any change if we add the following to Appearance > Custom CSS:

    /* WooCommerce Breadcrumb */
    .woocommerce #page-wrapper .woocommerce-breadcrumb {
    	display: block;
    }

    (I think this might be our problem: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5227331/html5-new-elements-header-nav-footer-not-working-in-ie)

    Once installed go to Appearance > Custom CSS to add the snippet.

    Hi Andrew,

    I have now tried multiple options including the one suggested above. I have tried to add HTML5 shiv/shim to functions php as well as tried to use a plugin IE Enhancer and Modernizer but nothing seems to be working.

    I’m on OS X so can’t test. Braam one of our developers had a look in IE 11. He said it’s appearing fine. This is the page we’re looking at:

    http://divescape.co.za/product-category/accessories/markers_bouys/

    Which version are you testing on?

    Hi Andrew,

    Thank you I am using ie 9. To be honest it is a small problem, so I do not want to take up your time on it. In the market I service the majority of users use firefox in any case. So if it was a simple fix no problem but even with trying multiple different options I have not had success so I am inclined to not worry about it.

    Thank you

    Braam had a look now in IE8/9/10/11 and can see the breadcrumb in all. Can you not see the breadcrumb at all? And to confirm, there is no breadcrumb on this page: http://divescape.co.za/, so we do need to check a bit deeper. Here for example: http://divescape.co.za/product-category/accessories/markers_bouys/

    It might be worth going to Appearance > Theme Settings > Home and setting the home slider to None as there aren’t any slides in the slider applied there right now. More of a side note.

    Hi Andrew,

    http://aqualungdealer.co.za/index.php/product-category/fins/xshot/

    I have inserted what I see on my end. I hope it will come through to you. I can see the breadcrumb but it become squashed. I have added a new temporary user for the other site that is more developed http://www.aqualungdealer.co.za user name Private Snippet

    Is there a way to insert a jpeg or send you a jpeg?

    On either of your sites, please, upload the screenshot to Media > Add New and then click on the image. Once open in the Media Library, copy the URL in the right column box.

    We’ll have image upload in the next version of the forum, due for release very soon.

    Thanks. Looking into it now. It seems the non-breaking spaces are collapsing. Or at least that’s my guess.
