Sorry about that. One of the most common things we see is using the PayPal Transaction ID as the order number. Are you perhaps using that? I checked your order history and your order number is 1558***. You should be able to find the full order number in your original order email.
If that doesn’t work, I’ll have a look at what could be causing this problem. It might also have been a temporary issue with our order system.

Yup, sounds like there might be a mixup with your PayPal transaction ID and our order number. I’m going to email your order confirmation through now. Please let us know if you don’t receive that. Your order number will be in that email.
