Layouts Directory is not uploading prebuilt layout

I started a new blog and installed your theme North.
WordPress version is 4.6
Page Builder version is 2.4.11
SiteOrigin Widgets Bunder version is 1.6.5

When I try to create a page using prebuilt layouts, I get a message:
“Your search didn’t return any results”

Is that because Page Builder is compatible with WP 4.5.3?

    I’m having the same issue. Now all pre-built layout templates are gone. I’m using vantage but would like some basic styling for my contact page and it says ‘does not return any results’

    Hi everyone

    We have a WordPress 4.6 fix coming out in a few hours. This will fix the layouts directory. This issue came up due to a small change in how WordPress handles remote URL requests.

    Issue is still continuous. When I try to create a page using prebuilt layouts,It never loads and when check the console log I see this.

    siteorigin-panels-24.min.js?ver=2.4.12:1
    GET http://domain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_panelsnonce=3213151694&lid=we-love-design&type=directory&action=so_panels_get_layout 500 (Internal Server Error)

    It’s fresh install btw.

    I can see now the layout directory but when I pick a template I see the “loading prebuilt layout” message but it keeps running without loading. Tried to switch themes but it doesn’t help.

    And yes, I already updated Page Builder to 2.4.12.

    I am having same problem. Nothing loads, there is no Enable button as I see in the tutorials. Everything has latest update.

    I wonder why we are getting no response about this issue anymore. I just tried a few layouts but all I get is a message “Loading prebuilt layout”. Is there a new fix coming out?

    Hi Everyone

    Have you updated to Page Builder 2.4.13? This is the version that fully fixes all the WordPress 4.6 related issues. We released this update last week.

    I am updated to the minute, and still can’t get a response. I had to reach out to support at Kadence Themes, and after many posts I gave them access to my site and they were able to load my chosen prebuilt layout. But I am not having any success. I even updated Chrome. This is really frustrating.

    I have an older version of Safari but latest this computer is allowed, did clear cache. To try a different server I downloaded Chrome, so being brand new there isn’t cache to clear. Neither made a difference. I loved the Live Editor concept, but this is really wasting time.
