Layout Builder does not work as a widget in a footer

Hi guys

I want to use Layout builder as a widget in my footer, but it does not work.
SiteOrigin Editor does work, so is there a bug or what can it be?

In what way isn’t it working? Are you getting any Javascript errors on that page?
