In my wordpress the updates don’t show to me. I tried to go to to Page: Retrieve Your Theme Order Numbers with my order number to download the latest version and it gives me an error:
“We couldn’t find any orders for **********. Please email [email protected] for help.”
Can you help me with this?

Please send an email to [email protected]. Please include your order number and the PayPal email address you used to purchase the product. If you purchased through Gumroad please include the email address used for that purchase. We can then get back to you with an email containing the correct download link.

Most likely, WordPress Network only seem to check for updates to themes activated on all sites.
I am glad to hear that you now have the latest version. There have been some major changes since the version you were running.
