Lasted Premium Widgets Broke Our Site

Using North Theme. Our site is DOWN. Looks like Hell.
Can’t be sure if it was the Last update to the North Theme itself OR the Wdget Bundle- possibly both (the update where they announced the new Accordian Widget)… but our site is totally ruined.

1. All rows with the “HERO” WIDGET No longer appear on our pages,
2. SiteOrigin Google Maps: All Google Maps are GONE… just a nice big blank white space appears.
3. Images that had various animation setting are now completely GONE! The images don’t even sho anymore even though the row say its there in the edit mode.
4. Unchecking the “Hide Before Animation” check box under the Animations drop down will allow an image that was gone to show… but there is no animation at all.
4. Spacing on several pages is totally screwed up.

Hundreds of hours of lost work! You get what you pay for !

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Oneminuteblues

Oh damn, very sorry to hear about this. We’d love to get everything fixed for you. The most important thing to remember is that all your data is still stored safely in the database, so you haven’t lost any work. At worst we’ll just need to roll you back to an older version of a plugin until we’re able to resolve your conflicts/issues.

Because you’re a premium user, please email us at [email protected] – this is where you get our fast premium email support you’re paying for.

If you want to try for a quick fix, then you can try following our troubleshooting guide:

The first thing to check is server-side caching through plugins like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc. If you have any of these caching/performance plugins installed, try clearing their cache and see if that helps.

It might also be browser cache. Try clearing your browser cache, and then refreshing the page to see if that helps.

You can read more about this sort of issue on the WordPress codex.

Next, you can try running a plugin conflict text. You can start by disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
