Last version admin widget problems

After updating to the latest version, the widgets panel was unable to be used because the only visible widget is the Archive which also does not work despite having disabled all other plugins. All is well if you do not activate the SiteBuilder.
I have installed the WP 4.0.1. and free version of plugin but I ask your attention this (bug?)
