Installer Last 2.1.5 Update Serious Bug
It was a great plugin and was working amazingly until the last update. Now when I try to edit previous pages built with this plugin, they are on visual or text by default, and when I click page builder it asks “would you like to copy this editor’s existing content to page builder?” just like if you were making a new page, and if you accept all previous formatting will be gone. This is a serious bug, I hope this can be fixed soon. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out. Apologies for the hassles you’ve run into, we’ll do our best to get you up and running ASAP. Please, give me a couple of minutes to check this out.
I’ve just had a quick chat with Greg, Page Builder’s primary developer. We think that this is most likely a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
