Just bought Infinite theme with Page Builder included and it doesn’t work

Hello,

I’m having kind of a big trouble. I looked for a solution in the forum and your videos but nothing was OK with it.
Well, I just bought the Infinite theme from ThemeForest with Goodlayers and Page Builder included.
I tried to realise my first page but when I saved it the Page Builder wasn’t here anymore.
Even if I tried to uninstall some plug-ins and re-installe them. Even if I tried to refresh,…
I don’t know what to do…
Please help me :/

I went to Goodlayers but their support is unavailable… can you do something for me ?

    Hi Viviane,

    From the looks of things they’re using their own Page Builder, not SiteOrigin Page Builder. Ideally, you should wait to hear from Goodlayers. It’s a premium theme, so they should get back to you soon.

    Thank you Greg, I was looking for help somewhere else because Goodlayers is having trouble or something. But I can’t reach them…
