Just bought a website – would SiteOrigin be suitable?

By Laurits25, 5 years ago. Last reply by Alex S, 5 years ago.

Hi guys,

I’ve previously got a lot of great help in this forum, and that’s why I’m trying once again.
I’ve just bought a domain with a lot of content on (it was previously a webshop in Magento, but I’ve converted it to WordPress) – however, I’m not quite happy with the layout and the different tools I’ve got (the site is btw https://sportsway.dk/ )

I’ve used SiteOrigin before, but that was a long time ago. My initial idea with the site is to create a webpage with great content about more or less all sports of interest in Denmark. I’ll have a bit of affiliate on it and see how it will grow.

I’ve also thought about a forum, but I don’t know if that’s possible with SiteOrigin.

Well, to the question – will SiteOrigin be suitable for this kind of website, or should I look after something else? (I see there’s a December sale going on at the moment – great timing!)

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Laurits25,

SiteOrigin Page Builder is suitable for all types of sites so your outlined use case sounds fine to me.
SiteOirign Page Builder doesn’t directly include the ability to create forums, but you can use a third party plugin to add this sort of functionality. A popular option is BuddyPress.
