I’ve just boaught Jquery Masterslider and built my first gallery, which runs fine locally, but when I published it online teh slides stop loading after slide 10, spinning load graphic on black. I’m at my wits end because the averta forums system does not seem to work at all. I can’t post or reply on teh forum and I’m registered!

    Hi Doug,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

The video is two slides back from the start screen (which I will get rid off once somebody can solve my problem of how to get a full height, vertical, centered and fluid layout in place!).

When you slide backwards from start you will get nothing but a black screen and a loading animation, so just swipe past that and onto the video slide.

My login will get you ftp access to yahoo. They need ftp with TSL protocol.

It;s damn weird. the slides all load when I test them locally, but as soon as I publish them online, only the first ten and the video will load. Identical code structure for each and the images after slide ten are actually smaller in size, though each image is around 2-3 MB, so maybe it is just caching out. Can’t make them smaller coz they have fine text in many slides

    Hi Doug,

I’m confused. Just to clarify, do you have a WordPress website where this is occurring?
