Jetpack google translate widget doesn’t appear on the page

Hi.
I added the Jetpack google translate widget on a page, using SiteOrigin page builder exactly as in other pages I build and the widget doesn’t appear for some reason.

I tried:
– to remove and add it again.
– to duplicate the page and add the widget in other place in the page.
– to disable WP Super Minify and WP Fastest Cache plugins and to clear WP Fastest Cache’s Cache.

But after making comparison between a page – where the plugin does work, to the page that it doesn’t work, I noticed many changes. And when I changed in the code:

the data-index=”2″ from “2” to “3” I get the plugin appear, but the backgrounds are lost. And you can see the difference between the pages here, where I changed only the number.

With the number 2:

Does it give a clue how to solve the problem?
