Hi, I’ve purchased the premium siteorigin widget bundle and today a site I built is no longer displaying icons correctly.
I’ve searched other threads and found people with the same problem, and it was fixed by disabling/reactiviating all the plugins, and clearing the browser cache. This did not work for me, the icons are still not displaying on chrome, firefox, or IE.
I’ve exhausted all options and need some help, otherwise I will probably have to avoid using siteorigin plugins in the future if this is going to be a persistent problem.
Hi Roman
Thanks for reaching out.
Please, email us on [email protected] if you haven’t already. During the week we can assist with same day replies (usually quicker) via our premium support (email) channel.
Your icons seem to be displayed on the home page, have you perhaps made progress since posting?
A quick note on the plugin conflict test, just in case you need to run one in the future. The core of the test isn’t deactivating and activating plugins. The main purpose is to see if the problem resolves when all non-SiteOrigin plugins are deactivated. If you’ve found a working baseline with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated, only then would you reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the issue after each activation to find the conflict. If the problem doesn’t resolve with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated, the issue is most likely not a plugin conflict and all plugins can be reactivated in one go.
