Hi Akram
No, that functionality should still be there.
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Hi Greg
Thanks so much for ur reply earlier got so sad thought in new update SiteOrigin made this function for primary users no longer free & unfortunately we don’t have credit cards……
i dont know what happen suddenly now it came back i havent done any thing just saw ur message now it got back few hours ago….
-one more thing i updated my wordpress to 4.4 now when i edited my page page builder showing as ”undefined”…
Don’t worry – we’ll never remove any features from Page Builder. Unless those features are causing serious issues of course :)
That undefined issue should have been fixed in the 2.2.2 update too. It’s possible that the old Javascript that was causing the issue is still cached in your browser.
