    Hi Divdeep,

Okay so based on your description it sounds as though you want to display another page in a page builder powered page. If so, yes – this is possible, just not via a shortcode. Add a layout widget to your desired location (where you would put the shortcode) and then open it up. Click the prebuilt layout button, , and click Clone: Post Type and clone the other page.

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for your reply.
But i am not asking about Prebuilt Layouts. What i mean is that-:

I have single page website. All sections are predefined in that. I want to change only section of home page and design accordingly.
I designed page with page builder and looks great. I want to use that page in section of my home page

Once again thanks for your reply

    Hi Divdeep,

Yes. You’re after the prebuilt layout functionality. You’re able to clone other pages with that functionality. Simply clone, remove what you don’t want, and you’re done.

    Hi Alex..

So can i replace the code of only one section with that prebuilt layout section?

    Hi Divdeep,

Huh? I don’t think you’re following what I’m saying. If you, use the layout builder widget you can do exactly what you’re after. You clone the page you wish to “import” and then remove whatever you don’t wish to be imported. Please just try it.

    Hi Alex,

    Sorry to trouble you again.

I created page using Prebuilt Layout and saved that page. Then i created shortcode for that page and inserted the shortcode into the section of my home page by replacing the section’s code with my shortcode.

But the layout of both came different. i.e. the page which i created with layout builder and home page section where i used the code

    Please help!

    Hi Divdeep,

Hold up. Now I’m confused. What shortcode are you using? There are no shortcodes (okay, that’s a lie – there’s one but it’s irrelevant) included with SiteOrigin Page Builder. Regardless, it doesn’t seem as though you’re following my instructions. To reiterate, these are the instructions:

    • Create a layout builder widget
    • Open Layout Builder widget
    • Click prebuilt layout
    • Click clone page / post
    • Find post / page you wish to clone
    • Click page / post
    • Click insert
    • Click any of the insert options – it doesn’t matter
    • Remove irrelevant rows / widgets
