Is there a way to disable/enable a Widget or Row?

9 years ago · Last reply by badcat 9 years ago

Feature Request Time :) Is there a way to disable a specific widget yet keep it’s content? Or perhaps for a Row keeping all widgets intact, just hiding them from the render on the front end?

Sometimes folks change their minds…then they go right ahead and change them back.

thanks for Page Builder!

    Hi Badcat,

    Thank you for the kind words, and the feature request. This is a decent idea and I’m going to log it. It should be noted that in the meantime you can technically do this quite easily. Simply open the widget or row and head over to the styles sidebar. Open the attributes group and input the following CSS:

    display: none;

    The widget will not be visible on the frontend anymore.

    Hi Alex,

    Yes,

    display: none;

    has been my friend for far too long – that’s why I added the Feature Request :)

    thank you, Kel
