Is it possible to have full-width and mobile responsive?

I am fairly new to Site Origin and WordPress. I’m using Vantage which I like, but I have encountered a small issue. I would like to have the layout be full-width stretched, but when I make that selection in Customize, that affects the appearance of mobile responsive. In order for the site to appear nicely on mobile devices, I have to set the Layout Bound to “boxed”. So, my question is, is there a way to have both things… a nice responsive layout for mobile AND have the full-width on desktop?
