We have a small problem when using the Siteorigin CSS Editor. ON the top instead of it saying all the usual texts like: Text – Decoration – Lay-out and stuff it says: . and so on with all the other options. Can anyone help us???? we’ve installed the plugin just as we install all the other plugins.
Hi Daniël
Thanks for reaching out.
Try running a quick plugin conflict test. Does the issue resolve if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for SiteOrigin CSS?
Hi Andrew,
How do I run a conflict test? We’ve tried to deactivate all the plugins except for the SiteOrigin CSS.. yet it still doesn’t work….
I’d like to hear from you.
Hi Daniël
Thanks for your feedback, you’ve now run a plugin conflict test.
Next, try checking for JavaScript errors when the issue occurs, here is how https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. If errors are present, please, take a screenshot and upload it to imgur.com or a similar site and send us the link.

That is the link to our ERROR.
Thanks in advance
Thanks, there aren’t any console errors so nothing there to help us, unfortunately.
Try extended the plugin conflict test by:
1. Switching to any default theme like Twenty Nineteen, temporarily.
2. Deactivate all plugins except for SiteOrigin CSS.
3. If you have any caching or performance/optimization plugins, clear them before deactivation.
