Installed update of page builder and content of previous post disappeared!

I’ve installed the latest update of page builder plugin, and previous posts in which I used the plugin are now empty!!!

How can I retrieve their content? It’s a serious issue guys!

    HI Irene. Please head to Dashboard > Updates and ensure everything is up to date including WordPress. If that is the case then please try temporarily disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if there is a change.

    Hi Irene

    Your content will all still be in the database, so it will still be there. Page Builder does support revisions, so you’ll be able to roll back if it’s not.

    Like Andrew pointed out, issues like this are usually because of Javascript issues or conflicts coming from other plugins. If you can check which JS issues are coming up and post them here, that will help us look into the issue.
