Inspector missing

I have uninstalled all plug-ins and reinstall the SiteOrgin CSS, the only plug-ins i have are the Page Builder and Widgets from SiteOrgin. So I dont know how to get it back and I need it to finish for a client.

    Hi Dmbfan42

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, can you also please try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes? This will allow us to work out if this issue is theme related.
