Insert Read MoreTag

Hi Guys. I have started using the Insert Read More Tag on my blog and when I click the Read More button it takes me to a different page than what I want. How do I set up this tag to send readers to my blog page?

Also, How do I set up my blog page to automatically update with my latest blog? Right now, my blog is on my home page, but it does not also appear on my blog page. Is there any way to update my blog page with my latest blog? Thanks.
