Influence Plus invisible

Hi,

I have Influence Plus activated but it’s not showing under ‘Appearance’, even after reactivating it.

After reading influence-documentation, I can’t see whether I can turn off my sidebar for 1 page only, to make it full width.

    Hi cmoore

    Once activated Influence Plus will enable options under Appearance > Theme Settings that weren’t previously available, it won’t be visible as a menu item though.

    When editing a given page, check the Page Template drop down menu in the right column. There you’ll find a full width option that’ll remove the sidebar.

    Thanks Andrew,

    I now have full width on the only page I want it, for a table.

    My homepage has a sidebar, which I want, but when I added Page Builder, it went full width at the top, and pushed the sidebar lower on the page. Is there a way to use Page Builder and keep the sidebar full height?

    And I just realized I’m unable to delete the full width column from the homepage. I’ve deleted it 4 times, updated 4 times, and it automatically switches back to the ‘visual’ page. But when I check back on the Page Builder page, the full width column is still there.

    Hi. Your home page can be managed from Appearance > Home Page OR Pages > Home. Head to Pages > Home and set your page template to Default. That will bring your sidebar back onto the home page.

    A quick reminder that I tell everyone, please remember that you can’t edit Page Builder content via the Visual/Text tabs. Page Builder content must be edited from within Page Builder.

    It’s always been set to default. The sidebar is still present and always has been. But when I have Page Builder plugin activated, it pushes the sidebar down below the full page cell represented by Page Builder. So it’s full width at the top, and default an inch below it.

    And Appearance > Custom Home Page doesn’t change anything whether it’s turned on or off.

    Andrew, I re-started from scratch and I’m going to avoid Page Builder for awhile.

    What is the default font size and family in the contents of Pages in Influence?

    For sure.

    Helvetica Neue at 14px is the default.
