Influence Plus Fonts, etc do not show as menu item

In a previous thread, you said that:

Once activated Influence Plus will enable options under Appearance > Theme Settings that weren’t previously available, it won’t be visible as a menu item though.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Influence as you suggested in another thread, reinstalled the Plus plugin.

Previously Plus was working (showing fonts, colors, etc0
Now it has disappeared.
The font, color, etc., functionality does not show under Appearance>Theme Settings unless I misunderstand something.

Again, worked fine, then disappeared, can’t attribute it to another plugin.

Any suggestions?

    Hi Bill

    Sorry to hear about this hassle. If the Plus plugin is activated under Plugins then this shouldn’t be happening. One possibility is that the influence theme folder has been re-named. If you have FTP access you could check this at /wp-content/themes/ ensure there is a folder there called “influence”.
