Hi Jasmine
Thanks for running Influence.
Please head to Appearance > Menus and ensure that your custom menu is assigned to the theme’s Primary Menu location.
You can edit your widgets at Appearance > Widgets: Footer.
That worked to correct menu organization, but not the footer issue.
In my appearance > widgets > footer, there is only one: meta which I put there.
I want to delete the list that is underneath that meta-tag that I applied.
Those items are not listed as widgets in my footer area.
How can I delete them?

Glad to hear you’re making progress.
Entries, Comments etc. are all part of the Meta widget. You’ve inserted your own title but the items underneath that are part of the Meta widget. You’ll need to remove the widget to remove those links.
If you just need: oil-relief.com / young living essential oils / independent distributor / id#2038931 you could use a Text widget.
