Importer taking ages

Hello everyone, I am trying the site pack.

After one hour is still at
9/45: Installing Livemesh SiteOrigin Widgets Plugin

is it normal?

    Hi Davide,

    Unfortunately, the importer has failed.
    I would recommend trying the importer one more time and if that doesn’t work, try redownloading the importer and trying that version.

    The Importer honestly shouldn’t take more than a few minutes but depending upon your connection speed it may take much longer than that but I don’t see it ever taking an hour.
