    Hi Syed

    What widget are you using to add the image to your footer?

    Perhaps try the Visual Editor widget. To get access to this widget first install this plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/. Visual Editor has an easy Add Media button you can use.

    Try locating the image in your Media Library and check whether the right column url matches the url being used:

    http://outdoorclassroom.sg/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/grass.png

    Alternatively you could hotfix by inserting the following under Appearance > Custom CSS and editing the image url:

    #colophon {
    background-image: url("http://outdoorclassroom.sg/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/grass.png");
    }

    Check the url is correct and try changing it to this:

    #colophon {
    background-image: url("http://outdoorclassroom.sg/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/grass.png") !important;
    }

    doesn’t work

    but why when i set permalink to default its ok?

  12. Andrew Misplon Staff 11 years, 5 months ago

    The problem is that there is no image present at: http://outdoorclassroom.sg/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/grass.png. Once that’s resolved the footer issue should resolve. Try going to Settings > Permalinks and hitting Save. Check that your urls are correct and Settings > General. Finally, you could try de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins to perhaps see a if a plugin issue is causing a conflict with the media library.

    Try re-adding the image to the media library after saving your permalinks in their custom format.

    Great, I see it’s working now. If you continue to run into media url issues please open a new thread and we’ll dive in deeper.
