    Hi oups9v

    If you’re trying to add galleries via our Page Builder plugin it’s best to use the Visual Editor widget to do so. To get access to this widget first install: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/. Once that’s installed insert the Visual Editor widget into Page Builder and then use it’s Add Media button to add a gallery.

    If you’re not using Page Builder then we’d need some more info, specifically expand upon:

    “wont seem to allow me to create a gallery”

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I entered pages>wine then click add media>gallery. it showed the images put in a gallery in the visual tab but when i load the web page its just a blank page with no header or anything. I then trieds the way you suggested through page builder but this had the same results.

    I don’t know why but whenever I insert a gallery to any of my pages the page ends up loading as blank page with no content.

    Thanks for the feedback. Please try the following steps:

    1. Run any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates. Re-check.
    2. Temporarily de-activate all plugins and re-test inserting a regular gallery (not with Page Builder). If the issue resolves then re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.
