Hi There,

Please help! I just launched my website, all is great except for the Meta Slider in IE. The homepage slider doesn’t work (only stuck on 1st slide out of 4) and the image isn’t stretched across the full length. Once I refresh the page it works…

I have 4 other sliders under “what we do” pages they don’t appear until I refresh the page as well.

Any thoughts on how to resolve these issues? Thanks!

    Hi. It might be best to open a ticket on Meta Slider’s forum but let me try help quick.

    To my knowledge Meta Slider is compatible pretty far back with IE. What version of IE are you testing on?

    Please head to Dashboard > Updates and update everything that has a pending update.
    Please try disabling all plugins except for Meta Slider and Page Builder if you have it installed and see if the issue continues.
