Icon display problems

I’m having trouble viewing icons back, forward, pair go top in Google Chrome and Firefox. Only appear in the internet explore. How to solve it?

Hi Papeschi
It appears as if your server is giving a “Status Code:403 Forbidden” error when making a request for the font icons. If possible, could you get hold of your web hosts and ask them why the request for the following URL is giving this forbidden error.
