I would like to work with Pagebuilder to customize their “pitch” theme

I would like to work with Pagebuilder to customize their “pitch” theme. I have have added Pagebuilder to my WordPress dashboard but see no change or tools added. I have downloaded “Pitch” to my PC.
I need to know how to:
1. make Pagebuilder work on my dashboard.
2. How to import “Pitch” from my PC.
My new website is byrnesarchitect.com and it currently has a “Swank” theme installed.
Any suggestions would help.

    Perhaps also give Aviator a try: https://wordpress.org/themes/aviator, it’s Pitch 2.0 basically.

    Here is info on moving WordPress if you have it setup on localhost:

    Or if you’re asking how to install the theme ZIP, from within WordPress go to Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme. That’s the way to import a theme ZIP file.
