i want to remove white space between rows

i have a few questions..
The first question: how can i remove the white space between rows??
The second question: i would like to change size of image when coursor hover on image

    Hi Iaroslav,

    1. You can remove the space between rows by opening the row and head over to the row styles sidebar. Open the Layout settings group and set the Bottom Margin to 0 and save.

    If this spacing remains do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? I suspect this spacing is being added by something other than SiteOrigin Page Builder.
