Hello im newbie want to do something like that https://codeable.io/ , i mean a header with custom menu-social buttons-and a call to action button . Is that possible ?

    There is a Page Builder that will assist you in creating an interface. You can have a look at it from here

    It has a variety of widgets that you can use to come up with your desired layout
