I only want to use it on one page (for my blog)

Hi.
I want to use the pagebuilder to make a 2 collum page for my Blogpage.
The right collum should be for the category widget.

But when I build this page, sudently all my pages are build this way.
Is that how it should be?
Can I not just choose to make one page like this?
