    First time I given Credit-card detail that time got error, But from CC amount got deducted.
    38 Dollars + 38 Dollars = Total 76 Dollars Deducted. Can you please check once.

    and also I have small Question.
    Regarding License Key, Can we use multiple sub domains like staging domain and production domain. Domain is only one but we have multiple sub domains.

    Just sent a message to Greg about it. He’s looking into it now – very sorry about this!

    Okay, so the license is based on WordPress install rather than the domain. This means that the single license is only valid for a single WordPress install. As a result of this, we recommend not activating SiteOrigin Premium on development and staging websites. Does that make sense?

    Hi Ahammed,

    Okay so we’ve checked and we’re only seeing a single transaction on our end. Sometimes credit card companies will put a hold on funds before the purchase is complete so I would recommend checking if the funds are actually debited or simply on hold. If you’re unable to tell, I would recommend getting in contact with your credit card company.

    It’s also possible that Stripe, our payment processor, also flagged the funds as on hold to confirm if the credit card is valid. If that’s the case, the funds will be released shortly – very sorry about inconveniences caused by this.
