I can’t seem to get the comment boxes to show up on my blog within the vantage theme?

Ive tried going to discussions and clicking on and off but nothing. so now one can comment on my blog. Can I get some help with this please?

I visited the URL you gave and saw a comment box when visiting each blog entry. For example this one http://www.couturebridalphotography.com/uncategorized/couture-bridal-photography-new-website/
