I keep getting errors when I try to subscribe to the 49$ service.
Its such a shame to have such a great tool, but to have so many issues when you want to purchase.
I have also created other support ticket last week, and had no response to it.
If I don’t hear from you by next week, I will stop using your templates and move else where.

I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you’re having! :( Can you please elaborate on what happens when you try and checkout? This will allow me to look into resolving the issues you’re experiencing as I can’t seem to replicate any.
I’ve checked the support system and I can’t see any emails from your quoted email or from anyone called Elzar. I’ve logged this as a potential issue with Greg and he’ll take a closer look asap!

Initially I tried to pay for the package using my credit card.
At the end of the payment, after it took my credit card details, it said I was not logged into the account.
So I logged in and did the same thing.
Once again I get the same error, that I had to be logged in.
So I restarted by pc, thinking something was n the browser memory.
And I tried again.
This time it gave me a different error.
It said I need to get in touch with Support.
By the way, I also cannot find the positing I raised on the portal.
At any rate I need to purchase a solution, but I need a specific functionality, which I cannot find with your solution.
I need to hide some text, on the home page and only reveal it if a link is clicked or if they hover over an image.
Do you have a Widget for this?

It looks like an account was accidently set to be required by mistake. We’ve reverted this and it should be resolved – can you please try checking out again?
It sounds like you’re after plugin like ShowHide or Collapse-O-Matic. These plugins will allow you to wrap your content in them and won’t be visible until a user clicks a link.
