Hyperlink Button Inert

I’m trying to add a link to a picture layer.

I click on the layer and its title. I then click on the hyperlink icon, but nothing happens.

What am I missing?

    Hi Kjell

    Are you working in Page Builder or the regular Visual tab?

    If you’re working in Page Builder use the Visual Editor widget to add your image and link it. To get access to that widget first install: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/

    If you’re working in the regular Visual tab (note, you can’t combine the regular WP editor with Page Builder, once content is added in Page Builder it must be managed there) then this could be a plugin conflict. Try de-activating all non SiteOrigin plugins and see if the link button works. You can also try linking another image or another image in another post to test whether it’s a sitewide issue.
