HTTP 500 Server Error – Widgets Bundle Update

Hi there,

I have been using the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle for a while now on a locally hosted intranet site. Today I came to update to the latest version. Uploading the folder to my plugins is fine, but when activating the plugin again I get a HTTP 500 Server Error.

Any ideas for what to check?

Thanks
Tom

    Hi Tom

Sorry to hear about that. Do you by any chance have access to your PHP errors logs? Seeing the error that comes up would be a huge help.

One option is to check that you have enough memory allocated. A common cause for these 500 errors is insufficient memory.

    Hi Greg,

Thanks for the reply. I have solved the issue by deleting all my plugin files and re-downloading them, which works fine now. It seems I may have had a corrupted file for some reason.

    Many thanks
    Tom
