HTML in Page Builder not working

All is well with Page Builder except that I cannot get the embedded HTML code to work. The code shows up, but not the indented Google Map when viewed.
Have tried the HTML code in Visual Editor on Sidebar and it is working property.
Am using Visual Editor widget in Page Builder. All is updated. Vantage Premium theme

    Hi Tom

    It’s possible that another plugin is filtering the content of your page content. Page Builder content passes through some filters that widgets in the sidebar don’t.

    If you create a standard page (not using Page Builder) are you able to insert iframes?

    Also, can you try disable all non SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue?

    on the standard, not using Page Builder, I am able to insert the code for the iframes, but only the text of the code shows when I view the page. The intended map does not show.

    I will now disable all non SiteOrigin plugins and see what happens.

    Will report back shortly.

    just noticed that on the sidebar, I can either use the visual or html tab in the visual editor.
    on the page, I only have the visual or text tab.
    when adding Page Builder, I still only have visual and text plus page builder.
    visual editor added to page builder shows visual and html tab.
    any issues with not having html tab on regular page?

    have not deactivated all non SiteOrigin plugins and the situation is the same.

    does it make a difference that I am using a child theme of Vantage Premium?

    well, I don’t know what I did, but it is working now. Did delete the page and added a new page and now all is working. Will now activate the plugins 1 by 1 and see what happens.
