html hyperlinks not working

my HTML hyperlinks in the Vantage theme are not working. you can see at hh4.carynsandbox.com the hyperlinks in the header and the sidebars change colors when you hover, but the links are not active. I have already installed and activated Black Studio TinyMCE Widget in an attempt to fix this issue.
