    Hi Jessica

    It doesn’t sound like there is an issue. Run through these steps:

    1. Settings > Page Builder, ensure Pages are ticked and Posts if you require.
    2. Go to a new page, click the Page Builder tab and begin working as required.
    3. If you need a text editor for Page Builder install: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/ and then is insert the Visual Editor widget.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I checked the settings. Still no text or visual editor. I’ll try the plugin. Just wondering if page builder has the text editor and html option out of the box?

    Out the box Page Builder has a Text widget, the Text widget has no formatting options. To get a rich text editor you’ll need to install the Black Studio TinyMCE plugin. Once installed it can be added to Page Builder as a widget by clicking the + button to insert a widget and then using the Filter search field to search for the words “Visual Editor”
