How to use Circle Icon as mailto link without the more info

10 years ago · Last reply by Support Assistants 10 years ago

Hi,

I am trying to use the Circle Icon on a Contact page to show the contact email address and, when clicked, I want the url to be mailto:[email protected].

I use the text field to present the email address and I use the More URL for mailto:[email protected].

How can I remove the “More Info” text and use the Circle Icon and the text field to redirect to the URL mailto:[email protected]?

I tried the following css without success.

/*Circle icon text removal*/
.widget_circleicon-widget .circle-icon-box a.more-button {
    display: none;
}

Using this code, the “More Info” text is removed every where in my site and the redirect URL is not working anymore.

Thanks for your help.

    Hi Poberth

    Thanks for your question. Do you have the last setting in the Circle Icon widget enabled?

    Link title and icon to “More URL”

    Hi,

    Yes, I do have the last settings in the Circle Icon widget.

    When I enable the Link title and icon to “More URL”, I can click on the circle but not on the text.

    Thanks.

    Hi Poberth

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
